Head Coaches Assistant Coaches
Youth Evolution Basketball & Soccer is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Youth Sports Coaches to provide fun and safe sporting experiences for our youth. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing basic sports strategies and ensuring all children learn sports fundamentals while having fun. If you love working with children, love sports, have a flexible schedule, want part time hours (10-20 hours per week), then we would love to meet you!

To ensure success as a YEB Coach, you should have experience working with youth, knowledge of basic sports strategies, and good communication skills. A top-class YEB Coach ensures all youth members enjoy an engaging and uplifting sporting experience. Youth Sports Coach Responsibilities: Designing and implementing sporting strategies. Maintaining sports equipment. Working to improve group unity and sportsmanship. Ensuring all children remain engaged in the activities. Emphasizing skills development including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship. Setting realistic and age-appropriate expectations for group members. Ensuring proper sideline behavior from parents. Ensuring the safety of the group during class.

Youth Sports Coach Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• First Aid and CPR certified, willing to certify
• Proven work experience as a Youth Sports Coach (we can train) Passion for youth development
• In-depth knowledge of sporting strategies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Patient and understanding
• Valid Driver’s License. Reliable Transportation
•  Able to carry up to 40lbs. Able to climb a ladder
