what will my child learn from attending classes or camps?
Introducing your child to a wide variety of basketball skills and techniques. Your child will explore the sport of basketball through fun and creative activities. Our motto is Play, Learn, Grow. As your child plays, they begin to learn the sport of basketball and grow as a team through sportsmanship and encouragement. Sportsmanship is our number one priority and we want to make sure that every child is part of the team.
How does Level Classes work. Can i Register my Child for any Level?
Our most common questions about registering is what Level Class or Camp should I put my child.
Each Level is based on Age group and Not based on skill level. All levels are beginner friendly so please register based on age. Levels goes as follow: Some Age Brackets are different for each City.
Baby Ballers (2-3 1/2 yrs)
Level 1 (4-5yrs)
Level 2 (5-7yrs)
Level 3 (8-11yrs)
Level 4 (11-13yrs)

Can my Child Move up A Level?
Yes, if your child's skill level is higher ,we can manually place them to a higher level class. Our staff does not recommend this since we encourage parents to register base on age bracket. You may need to contact your local City Parks and Rec department in order to be placed in that class/camp.

Are Scholarships or Financial Aid Available?
We are thrilled to offer a Scholarship Program! This program aims to help young sports enthusiasts to reach their goals in being a part of a fun and learning environment. If you were affected by Covid 19 financially, Youth Evolution Basketball is offering scholarships. Depending on your location, some cities offer scholarship through the department of Parks and Recreation. Send us a message to learn more.
Does Youth evolution basketball offer camps?
Youth Evolution offers Camps throughout the year ranging from 3 Day camps and Full week camps. Summer Camp is our most popular programs. Due to high demand, some Cities open Summer Camp registrations months in advance. Register now.

Is a jersey included?
Depending on the City, some Cities include a jersey but not all. Anybody who registers for Summer Camps, a jersey is included. If you did not receive a jersey please DO NOT contact city , please send us a message through out CONTACT form.

Why are the staff asking for an ID Check for first day of camp and classes
what happens if it rains? do classes get canceled?
If it rains, classes get postponed. If it rains one week, canceled class will be added on to the end of the last week so you won't lose any classes. Please check Class Status Update for weekly class updates.
what coaching experience do coaches have? and are they background checked?
All coaches are background checked and go through a formal FBI and Federal Live scan. Mostly all coaches have a USA Basketball License certification. We do hire Volunteer coaches with the ambition of becoming basketball coaches.
Why do I see a new coach every week?
Depending on the coach, most coaches do travel far to coach classes. We encourage our staff to be present for all of the class sessions. Due to staff shortages , we are trying our best to place the best coaches for the program.
Why didn't I Receive and email about classes or camps starting?
We recommend that when you register for a camp or class to add a reminder on your phone or calendar. There are some cities that will send a welcome letter for the start of the session. You can also check our Registration page for start dates.
Refund/Cancellations
Youth Evolution Basketball does not control registration payments unless otherwise. Every City has their own Refund/Cancellation process. Please look over the refund process with your local City Parks and Recreation. Send us a message if you need help through our contact form.
Can I try out a class before registering ?
Due to our insurance policy, no child can try a class without registering. It is important to be registered in case of any unfortunate accident that can happen during our classes or camps.
Why are coaches combining classes with other Age Groups, this does not seem right?
Depending on the session, some classes or camps do not meet the minimums. Instead of canceling, we encourage our staff to communicate with parents with a variety of options that can best fit the child for that specific class. If staff cannot not place a child in any class that can fit their skill level ,we will provide a full refund.
Bullying Protocols
All participants shall feel safe and welcome at Youth Evolution Basketball . Bullying,
teasing and inappropriate language are not tolerated. Parents will be contacted immediately if
their child bullies, teases or uses inappropriate language at any time during Classes/Camp. Consequences
for this type of behavior include: child sent home for the remainder of the day, child suspended for
the following day, or child removed from camp for the remainder of the week. These expectation
will be presented to the children on the first day of the class and will be considered “the” warning.

Do you offer zoom classes for 1 on 1 training ?
We offer personal training through Zoom. You can choose your favorite coach. Please contact us Contact for reservation.

2 Hour Zoom Session = $120 ( Can be split in 2, example, Monday 1 hour and Tuesday 1 hour)

Yes. Y.E.B offers Private Lessons and Party/Events. Price goes as follow.
Private Lesson (You can choose your favorite coach) Price includes jersey and a basketball.
1 day (1 hour minimum) Price: $100 plus Transportation fee ($25).
Party/Event
(Includes jersey and basketball for birthday Boy/Girl. Jerseys can be purchased for an additional fee for birthday friends)
1 day (2.5 hours) $225 plus Transportation Fee.
